This is your processing currency and determines what currency your prices are displayed in and what currency you process in.

Important: This currency should be supported by ALL payment systems you have enabled.

Check the payment system websites or view the docs to see which currencies are supported for each option.

Which mode do you want to enable? "Test" is for testing ONLY and will not take live payments from your bank. This should be the default until you are sure your store is working.

Important: For Payza you MUST enable test/live mode via your Payza account area.

Do you wish to log payment system responses? This can be useful for debugging problems. Log folder directory must be writeable.

Enter name for log folder. Rename manually in store root. If the log folder doesn`t exist, the system will attempt to create it.

Do you want to enable free pickup/collection as a delivery option? There is no charge for this in the cart. This only appears if at least one shipping option exists. If no shipping options exist, free shipping is shown with no other options.

Do you only wish to enable the pickup option if the buyer is in a certain country? Bearing in mind, a buyer may want to order from abroad and pickup when he/she returns home.

If enabled, the default shipping country loads first when viewing shipping options for shopping basket.

Specify display preference on how the price should display in your store. Use {PRICE} for the pricing position. Examples:

£{PRICE} - (For UK store)
{PRICE}€ - (For Euro based store)
${PRICE}AUD - (For Australian based store)
${PRICE} - (For US store)

£ = £
€ = €
$ = $

Character entities (as shown above) should be used or just static text, ie: GBP{PRICE}

DO NOT use literal symbols (£,€,$) or you may see a ? in your store.

Do you wish to enable SSL? Enable this ONLY if you have a SSL certificate installed on your server.

This prevents return urls from displaying an insecure connection error to visitors.

Depending on the payment method used by the buyer, the payment status may be returned by the payment server as "Pending". This means that the payment has NOT yet been completed and the money is NOT in your account.

If this happens, do you still want to process the sale as "Completed"? This is NOT recommended if you are selling downloadable items as the buyer could get the product and cancel their order.

Specify base folder name for product downloads. This should exist outside of your web root to prevent being accessed by download managers. If you are using the download manager, this folder must also be writeable.

If you are not selling downloadable products, this can be ignored or left blank.

Specify the server path to the download folder left. This is a SERVER path and NOT a url. Path must NOT include the download folder name and have NO trailing slash.

Example. Lets say your "Download Folder Name" is "downloads" located at:

/home/server_name/downloads

The path you would set here is:

/home/server_name

If you are not selling downloadable products, this can be ignored or left blank.

If you have free downloads in your system, do you want to force the purchase of paid products before someone can checkout with free products in their basket? For example, lets say Joe has added 5 free downloads to his basket. Should he also have x amount of paid products in his basket too before checkout? If no restrictions are set, Joe can check out and get his free products. This can be a useful marketing tool for you to offer free items, but only if someone has purchased something. An example might be the sale of DVDs with free poster offers.

Enter number of products or set as 0 for no restrictions.

Do you want the system to reduce the stock on downloadable items? If no, stock is not reduced and the low stock notification will be ignored if set.

For free download ONLY orders, do you want to direct buyer to alternative page? Useful for marketing purposes where you may not wish the buyer to be directed to his/her downloads. Download page link would still be sent via email.

Should be full url starting http.

NOTE: If this is enabled, buyer is NOT directed to his/her downloads via the normal cart routines. Download page is ONLY accessible via the link in the email sent. If this email is blocked by spam filters, buyer will NOT receive the download link. Your alternative redirect page should explain this to help the buyer.

Do you wish to restrict access to product downloads by IP address? This can help prevent page sharing when someone buys a downloadable product and help prevent high bandwidth from sharing. IP addresses can be managed via the sale download window.



Comma delimit addresses. Or leave blank to disable for a sale.

Note that this may cause issues for people who don`t have fixed IP addresses or buy from work, but download at home, where the IP is different.

On an intial sale, only the purchase IP address will have access to the downloads.

Do you want to log restricted access events? Requires gateways logs folder to be writeable. Gateway logging isn`t required to be enabled for this to work, but the gateway folder must exist and be writeable.

Do you want to auto lock the download page after X amount of restricted access events occur? Set to 0 to disable. Check the email box to also receive an email when the auto lock has occured.

IP addresses entered here are always allowed to view ALL download pages (unless locked) and are free from IP restrictions. Enter multiple separated with a comma or leave blank.

If set, goods total must be greater than or equal to min checkout amount before buyer can complete checkout procedure. Leave blank for no restriction.

Do you wish to enable the checkout system? If yes, all checkout functions work as standard. If no, checkout link, basket and add to cart items are not available. Useful if you want to showcase your products, but not actually sell online.

Do you wish to auto clear incomplete sale data from the system? This is data where a buyer doesn`t complete payment. Refer to the "Incomplete Sales" section for further info.

In days. Set to 0 to disable auto clear and clear manually.

Do you wish to offer buyers an insurance option at checkout? Ideal if you are shipping fragile goods. Note that no tax is applied to the insurance charge.

If yes, how do you want to calculate the insurance charge? This can be a fixed amount or a percentage of the goods total, shipping cost or cart total. If specifying percentage, no percentage symbol required in box. ie: 9.99 or 20

If required option is specified, this is automatically added to the total. If optional, buyer can choose to add insurance.

Fixed Amount (Optional)
- Fixed amount regardless of basket totals with option for visitor to remove insurance.

% of Cart Total (Optional)
- Percentage of basket/cart total, including any discounts with option for visitor to remove insurance.

% of Shipping Cost (Optional)
- Percentage of shipping total, including any discounts with option for visitor to remove insurance.

% of Goods Total (Optional)
- Percentage of products total, including any discounts with option for visitor to remove insurance.

Fixed Amount (Required)
- Fixed amount regardless of basket totals. Insurance required as addtional payment and cannot be removed my visitor.

% of Cart Total (Required)
- Percentage of basket/cart total, including any discounts. Insurance required as addtional payment and cannot be removed my visitor.

% of Shipping Cost (Required)
- Percentage of shipping total, including any discounts. Insurance required as addtional payment and cannot be removed my visitor.

% of Goods Total (Required)
- Percentage of products total, including any discounts. Insurance required as addtional payment and cannot be removed my visitor.

If insurance is optional, do you want it to be applied to the cart totals by default? If no, visitor has to add the insurance manually.

If the insurance applies to the goods total, do you want to only apply the insurance if a products price is greater than or equal to a certain amount?

If left 0.00, insurance applies to all.

Enter insurance information to let visitors know more about this option if its applicable. Use BB Code for formatting if enabled, HTML is not allowed.

How do want to handle "Out of Stock" display if product are all out of stock? Disable All totally disables items from cart. If shown in category, they are shown as "Out of Stock" unless the product page is enabled.

Do you want to show stock levels for attributes? If yes, above rules apply for threshold values without displaying alternative text. This saves on space.

Do you want to offer free shipping if the cart total hits a certain limit? This is the total before any tax or other discounts are applied. Set as 0.00 to disable.

Qty Stock Threshold - For qty options on products page. This is the amount of qty options that appear if a large stock level is set.



Product Stock Threshold - To show exactly how many products are in stock for availability. For example if you set this as 30, stock levels above this would simply state "In Stock" (or alternative text if set for product). Less than or equal to the threshold would say "30 in Stock" etc.

Set to 0 to always show stock count. Alternative product text overwrites this.

Do you want to present buyers with a newsletter opt-in choice on the checkout page?

If yes, buyer`s email is added to newsletter list, but ONLY on a successful checkout.

Do you want to apply a global product discount? If specified, this would add a discount rate to every product excluding special offer products. Attributes are not affected. Discount is applied on checkout page.

This is NOT used in conjunction with any other offers, so discount coupons are ignored during the offer period.

If you have enabled a global discount and want it to expire, click box to specify date. On this date global discount is reset. Leave blank to continue promotion.

Global discounts do not apply to special offers. So that the global discount applies to all, do you wish to clear all current special offers?
