Your Authorize.net API login ID

Your Authorize.net transaction key and md5 hash key as set in your Authorize.net merchant interface.

Enable / disable this gateway as a payment option.

If you see the following message:

The following errors have occurred: (99) This transaction cannot be accepted.

Its possibly because of the currency code. If this persists, open the 'control/gateways/methods/authnet.php' file and comment out line 105
